1. Role Description: HOMEWORKS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD aims to nurture & garner each and everyone’s strength & talents developing initiative, passionate & independent professionals that demand high self-standards & qualities in their works.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

- Assist with the coordination and logistics of meetings and events
- Employee orientation and training logistics and record-keeping
- Accounting & Transaction Management
- Responsible for customers’ enquiries and prepare quotations, receive and process POs from customers, prepare and send POs to suppliers
- Advocate standards development to promote public confidence and build trust in society
- Any ad-hoc duties when required

3. Competencies
- Input journal entries, transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
- Data Entry and Administrative writing & report skills
- Input journal entries, transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs
- Comply with the relevant professional standards during performance of individual duties and responsibilities

4. Duration of Traineeship/ Attachment Offered : 6 Months

5. Approved Training Allowance
- Fresh Graduates - $2,000
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,000
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,400

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship:

- Fresh Graduates - Diploma or Professional Certification
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - Any Qualification Level
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - Any Qualification Level

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply
