Fund Administration Oversight Team Leader

**Overview of role**

You will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Fund Administration and Fund Administration Oversight function within the Singapore based Fund Operations team responsible for various fund ranges in APAC. You will also work closely with the Head of Department to drive and promote a mindset of continuous improvement and implement innovative and effective processes that will adapt to the changing business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and monitor operational procedures with Trustee and Fund Administrator, and Internal stake holders for new fund launches and to coordinate any changes in operations processes where applicable
- Assist the Head of Department in monitoring counterparties and service providers’ to ensure proper controls of their performance in line with internal policies and service level agreements
- Conduct regular reviews of SLAs and procedure manual
- Monitor the team’s operational risk profile
- Contribute to projects and group initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation
- Ensure effectiveness and lead day-to-day Fund Administration activities

**Essential Skills**
- At least 8 years of experience in fund operations
- Proven experience in being a process lead for at least 2 years
- Good understanding of operational risks and control frameworks
- Strong advocate of continuous improvement in quality and delivery
- Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal
- Experience in overseeing and monitoring service providers
