**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Brand Merchandiser to manage premium fashion brands and infuse creative ideas for the stores for improvement of brand image and managing seasonal buys through performance analysis. This role will be reporting to the Brand & Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for merchandising of apparel, footwear, and leather goods categories
- Inventory management through stock consolidation regularly and clearance strategies on past season goods
- Keep track of order fulfilment including plan, and effect shipments
- Follow up on shipment discrepancies and defectives
- Develop planograms with the visual communications team for store openings or refits
- Prepare distribution and allocation of stocks
- Seasonal buy preparation and assortment planning through order placement, stock and performance analysis
- Conduct seasonal product training for retail teams
- Manage wholesale channel and act as the point of contact between various brands and its wholesale clients.
- Prepare seasonal wholesale catalogue and price list, follow up on orders and stock deliveries.
- Support the online business through marketplaces such as Zalora and Lazada. Responsible for product listing, online campaigns, business analysis, product allocations and communication with external partners
- Prepare e-commence campaign article lists and sales or inventory reports
- Support store teams under various brands in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

**Requirements**:

- Education: _
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in marketing/ business management or any other related fields
- Minimum Experience and Knowledge: _
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in merchandising or related field
- Experience in seasonal buying is a must
- Preferably someone with experience in the fashion or beauty industry
- Have an eye for fashion and passion for keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion and the fashion industry
- Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: _
- Proficient in SAP ERP - IS Retail ECC 6.0 (PRT 100) is a must
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proactive, attentive to details, resourceful, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and urgency in meeting tight deadline
- Track record in building, developing, and managing a brand portfolio
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
