**Job Title: Marketing Communications Assistant (Based in Singapore)**

**Description of Key Job Duties**:
We are looking for a promising Marcomm Assistant to support our regional marketing team with various marketing communication and PR tasks. Though you’ll be holding an entry level position, your work will be instrumental in the development and execution of regional marcomm and PR plans and strategies.

**The Role**

Support the regional marketing department in the following duties:

- Support all communication activities including consultancy, development and execution of strategic marketing communications plans
- Provide writing and editing support for external and internal communications materials including media releases, speeches, and presentations
- Assist to create, develop & manage new sales & marketing communications contents/new product marketing collaterals (soft & hard copies).
- Monitors and prepares reports on marketing performance to achieve marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase branding and product awareness, engagement and sales where applicable
- Assist in PR campaign to drive customer awareness via public relations
- Analyses competitor activity and research opportunities that are beneficial for the brands and businesses
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in mass communications or marketing. Proven experience in branding, marketing communications and public relations is preferred
- Good written and spoken communication skills and strong ownership
- Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple projects, and execute them well
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and in a team to deliver results with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge with design software and technologies (Such as Illustrator & Photoshop)
