**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and strengthen both new and existing client partnerships within the digital & technology function or sector. Your ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate our recruitment solutions will be crucial.
- **360 Recruitment Cycle**: Engage actively in all phases of the recruitment process, from prospecting and lead generation to planning and executing business development calls and meetings. Your role extends to post-call follow-ups, ensuring comprehensive client engagement.
- **Independent End-to-End Business Development**:Take ownership of the complete business development and recruitment life cycle independently, demonstrating your self-reliance and entrepreneurial spirit.
- **Performance Targets**:Strive to achieve and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, showcasing your commitment to success.

**Job Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the complete 360-degree recruitment cycle
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales within the recruitment industry, highlighting your ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
- Confident Communicator: Comfortable operating in a sales-driven environment, including cold calling, client meetings, and presentations. Your confidence and communication skills will set you apart.
- Solution-Oriented: Possess a sales and solution-oriented mindset, with exceptional interpersonal, consultative, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Organizational Agility: Exhibit strong organizational skills while embracing an entrepreneurial approach to your work, adapting to dynamic recruitment challenges.
