Singapore ACME GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

ACME Global PTE Ltd is a Singapore based company, dealing in the trading of ferrous, non-ferrous scrap, Industrial gases and Industrial products.
- Preparation and review of all documentation including shipping documents including invoices, packing list, certificate of origin and as per contract requirement.
- Maintaining and updating of all reports / registers for the status of the shipments, receivables / payables, stock inventory etc and daily updates to the management.
- Coordinate and manage the import and export shipments of the Company by liasoning with Seller, buyer, shipping company and logistics company, as required.
- Supporting daily office tasks with a high degree of initiative in anticipating and quickly resolving problems
- Daily correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications etc.
- Management of accounts and conciliation of all payables and receivables.
- Responsible for coordination of import / export shipping documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders / transporters / hauliers
- Handle any administrative and other ad hoc project work, as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in purchase and shipping documentation
- Knowledge of accounting software and Company accounts
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive work attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks
