Salary Range : $10,000-$12,000

not infrastructures

Develop and manage the outsourcing delivery contract relationships
- Maintain client relationships related to day-to-day operations of the outsourcing contract(s)
- Manage client expectations in conjunction with the Client Account Lead
- Work with contract manager to resolve any contractual issue

Manage the operational performance of the Outsourcing contract
- Monitor adherence to the Accenture's and the client's policies and standards (e.g., project approval process, work request process, Business Continuity Management, Data Privacy and Security, Major Incident Escalation)
- Monitor, mentor and guide team leads and engineers in the project
- Take part in issue investigation and work with project team to establish investigation & resolution
- Helps set and conduct day-to-day management of outsourcing contract(s) service level agreements (SLAs), acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues
- Single point of contact for Accenture Technology on the outsourcing contract
- Manage changes to all service-related formal agreements. This includes changes to Service Baseline, Service Level Agreement(s), Operational Level Agreement(s), and Balanced Scorecard
- Lead the CR team in scoping and sizing change request, manage the change control process in the project. Take part in CR discussion and decision
- Facilitates the resolution of client issues

Work with Clients, Account Leadership, Commercial Directors and other outsourcing teams to proactively
- Chair regular project management meeting, create and present meeting material
- Chair regular steering committee to engage client’s senior management in strategic discussion
- Provide advice on solutions to business requirements, and plan services to be delivered to users
- Work closely with the client to identify business requirements, and define service requirements for new services
- Work with the client to establish a prioritization approach, and adjust priorities of work with clients as necessary
- Ensure resolution of service performance issues
- Manage supply and demand, service quality, change orders, and recovery plans
- Identify and implement continuous improvement
- Ensure implementation of changes identified by quality programs, including QA, Client Satisfaction and QPI
- Ensure adoption and compliance with client's Delivery Methods in accordance with the policies, including the creation and maintenance of the management plans (e.g., Business Continuity, etc.)
- Work with the Accenture Technology to originate Outsourcing EAC adjustments if required

Skills Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems(or similar)
- Success in managing projects
