**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Supporting the Dean in Academic Quality**
- Develop, review and maintain academic guidelines, policies and regulations for the institution.
- EduTrust and ISO Documentation
- Develop, implement and review Work Instructions to ensure that all documentations are accurate and easily retrievable.
- Consult with respective stakeholders when developing work instructions to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Assist the Dean to oversee academic committees
- Provide direction and support to academic committees.
- Ensure proper documentation of discussions and decisions.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to assist with the work processes and academic reports.
- Oversee the Academic Dashboard
- Collect, manage, analyse and report data to support discussions and efforts for quality improvement and assurance
- Use data analytic to support data-driven decisions for quality improvement.
- Support the Dean by communicating and coordinating with academic committees and other units / departments, as well as external stakeholders like university and industry partners.
- Proactively follow up with academic committees and other units / departments, as well as external stakeholders like university and industry partners to ensure progress is made.
**Management of Learning Resources Centre (LRC)**
- Overall responsibilities
- Supervise LRC operations.
- Ensure that available resources in the LRC collections are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Source for learning resources to enhance the diversity of the collection in the LRC.
**General**
- Comply to all PSB Academy’s governance and corporate policies and procedure.
- Involve in Division and Organisation wide projects and meetings.
**Others**
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline
- 4 years of relevant experience with 1 year experience in supervisory role
- Good understanding of academic policies/processes.
- Good data analytic skills.
- Equipped with strong administration, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in Private / Education Sector would be an advantage.
