Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of the materials innovation team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on the "state of the art" of polymer materials for electronic packaging.

In your new role you will:

- Conduct **literature review **of specific domain of polymers used in electronic packaging
- **Plan & conduct DOE**:

- Identify & investigate different **influential factors **in experiments setup
- Materials **characterization & evaluation**:

- Make **technical presentations **to local & global teams

Internship Learning Outcomes:

- Literature review
- DOE plan
- Technical presentations
- **Formulation works **on EMC**Simulation & calculation **of material properties

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain Masters in Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Chemical Engineering
- Basic software skills, e.g. Matlab & Python
- Passionate about innovation
- Team playerAble to work under minimum supervision
