Requirement: Min.. 2years experience in Accountant/Purchaser
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for the China Group, adhering to monthly and quarterly closing instructions and SGX listing requirements
- Review and verify consolidation packages submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and financial reporting standards
- Conduct quarterly variance analysis of financial results
- Maintain comprehensive sets of accounts
- Compile financial statements for annual statutory reporting
- Prepare the quarterly tax schedule for the Tax Division in Singapore
- Perform other ad-hoc financial assignments as required
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
- Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts effectively
- Experience with consolidation processes and audit is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintaining supplier database
- New supplier qualification process (internal process)
- Negotiate contract terms (payment term, supplier agreement etc.)
- New supplier registration
- Drive annual cost down with supplier
- Maintaining the up-to-date costing database.
- Maintaining and updating product COGS in a regular manner.
- Received and Evaluate Purchase Requisition
- Generate Purchase Order
- Delivery monitoring
- Responsible for logistic arrangement, Insurance coverage, incoterm.
- Receive and validate product and services documents
- Given greenlight to process payment to supplier.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field
- Familiar with the ERP system for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing etc.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft productivity tools
- Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
