
Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Oversee the preparation and submission of GST filings, tax returns, and other statutory compliance requirements in accordance with Singapore tax regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure accurate and efficient execution of accounting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and external auditors, to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
- Coordinate and manage year-end audits, ensuring a smooth and successful audit process.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and general ledger systems.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in using MYOB Software
