
Inside Sales Manager

We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Manager (Korea) at our Singapore facility.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
The inside sales manager - Korea ensures that our customers are getting the right service and products, specific to their needs. This role requires a good understanding of consultative sales. Interdisciplinary collaboration experience is necessary to be successful. The role is responsible for developing cross-functional relationships with new and existing customers in a culturally and geographically diverse market. The inside sales manager must have an ability to consistently follow-up and bring multi-year projects to a close, while meeting quarterly and annual performance objectives. Our Inside Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, customer service experience at all times.
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Develop relationships and leverage channel. Train channel partners on the Oliver story and technical solutions and developing a vertical selling plan focused on channel leverage.
- Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process and ensure CRM is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis.
- Receive and process customer orders while screening information for accuracy and completeness within 24hr of receiving
- Acknowledges customer orders within 48 hours
- Works closely with Specification Review and Development/Process Engineering to review and improve customer specifications
- Follow up, escalates risks and potential problems with customer orders and parts to the appropriate team members in manufacturing, process engineering, production planning, pre
- production areas, etc.
- Prepares customer price quotations (requests), sample requests, order status information and facilitates other customer requests in an expeditious manner and to the standards set forth by management
- Monitors customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, advising customers, Sales, and Operations of any significant delays and provides alternatives to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled
- Consistently applies pricing, and fees according to company policy to ensure high levels of service and revenue
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Negotiate expedite fees and scheduling deviations requests for rushed deliveries
- Work closely with planning and manufacturing to determine realistic shipping dates Clearly communicate updated order acknowledgment to customer and updated internal systems as needed
- Captures customer complaints and tracks in accordance with established practices and procedures
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely response to specification, NDA and Quality Agreement reviews and other customer information and technical requests
- Create and manage part requests.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations via phone, video conferencing and webcasts to close sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that effect targeted vertical.
- Collaborates in sales planning and strategy through research, development and maintenance of long and short-range sales and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to assess resources needed to close sales.
- Partner closely with marketing team to develop a marketing strategy for lead generation through events as well as the development of specialized marketing materials to demonstrate the value proposition within the vertical.
- Attend trade shows and other sales and marketing events.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, related field, or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of related customer service, sales or account management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Korean language is an advantage to liaise with customers from Korea
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and history of optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to drive accountability across project teams and cross functional teams.
