Summary
We are searching for an organised, dependable and tech savvy individual to support the SEP training team.
You uphold SEP training standards and requirements in accordance to legislated matters. Your role is to plan and schedule, maintain SEP blueprint, manage online courses, process invoices and other administrative duties.
You will report to Manager, SEP Training (Flight Operation) and work closely with the SEP training team and other relevant stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate training schedules for Introduction, Transition, Upgrade and Recurrent SEP courses for crewmembers.
- Plan and coordinate with GSTA to roster all SEP Instructors/ SEP Check Examiners for SEP classes and admin duties.
- Assist and coordinate with Principal Specialist/Snr Specialist to plan/plot instructors and examiners due for CAAS revalidation and internal surveillance.
- Make and adminster changes to the training program as required after roster publication.
- Housekeeping and update of SEP training documents and forms in SharePoint and to remove obsolete documents (when required).
- Maintain SEP blue print.
- Coordinate with HRBP on Company's platform and manage system for SEP Training Team, including testing and rectification.
- Enroll and track crews' completeion on relevant LMS courses.
- Generate, verify, and disseminate completion reports to SEP Training Team.
- Print LMS results for inclusion in the training file, if applicable.
- Maintain LMS records in Drop Box and liaise with vendors for scanning.
- Verify and maintain all training records for flight and cabin crew members.
- Timely preparation of Trainees' files.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for SEP training dates and facility slots.
- Recording and timely publication of meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with Tech Rostering and Training Adminstrator for planning of flight crew Introduction and Recurrent Training.
- Controls the flow of SEP cards and issuance. Track and record in inventory list.
- Raise purchase requisitions for SEP training courses and facilities.
- Record accuals for finance.
- Verify and follow-up vendors' invocies, raise in ESC.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Aviation Management or relevant fields
- Excellent in interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power point and Data Management
- A team player with strong work ethics
