PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Master the SOP related to cell culture, and be able to perform cell recovery, culture and cryopreservation.
- Responsible for making experimental records in a timely and accurate manner and keeping the laboratory and work area clean and tidy.
- Be able to summarize work, report work progress.
- Be able to feedback, solve problems under the guidance of the team.
- Strictly abide by the laboratory safety management procedures, responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment in the area.
- Responsible for purchasing reagents and consumables for daily cell culture as required.
- Complete other tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Familiar with cell culture techniques such as cell passage, cryopreservation and resuscitation, cell counting, and have basic experience in aseptic operation.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Master cell culture related SOP and responsible for resuscitation, culture, and cryopreservation of cancer, normal, NK and T cells.
- Be able to accurately use different scale pipettes, pipette aids, etc.
- Be able to use Excel, Word and other office software well.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to: Team Leader
- Works with: Global cell support department, in vivo operation department, QA department etc.
