**Your responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the quality and applicability of engineered solutions from the Singapore based Engineering Team.
- Aim to spend at least 30% of working hours engaged in customer meetings, customer coordination, interactions and site visits
- Be the primary engineering contact point and engineering point of escalation of Singapore projects
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Engineering Department
- Develop and manage engineering team ensuring they are given the resources and opportunities to succeed to be able to provide a cost-effective formwork solution
- Define and actively adjust the organization of the Engineering Department (organization chart)
- Accompany technical supervision of projects focusing on cross-functional collaboration (Sales and Operations) to advance business performance
- Ensure continuous training and development of the team in the engineering department;
- Represents company relating to technical matters towards customers, authorities and third parties
- Live company values and act responsibly to avoid any negative associations with Company during and after working hours
- Support requirements from the regional engineering manager in a competent and timely manner
- Advise and support Sales Engineer in engineering related matter
- Liaise with subsidiaries, product management, and training department in order to ensure performing deliveries of projects and product development
- Direct site-specific requirements with Formwork Instructor and clients

**Your profile**:

- Higher postgraduate degree in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years Engineering experience in related industry
- Excellent leadership, management and business aptitude
- Experience in managing engineering team
- Extensive knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding formwork and scaffolding
- Excellent understanding of AutoCAD and structural analysis softwares (RSTAB or etc)
- Fluency in English, good analysis and synthesis capacities
- Results and productivity driven and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and comfortable to work with tight deadline
