Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding client goals and aligning requirements with their business needs to achieve objectives
  • Defining needs, developing plans, coordinating resources, and implementing effective action plans
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling and other conflicts to meet deadlines
  • Overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Utilizing various development methodologies, understanding their strengths and weaknesses
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
  • Coaching engineers on technical skills and career development
  • Fostering strong collaboration within the team and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve results
  • Creating an innovative, efficient, and collaborative team environment
  • Building and maintaining a roadmap to provide a big-picture view of the product vision and direction
  • Driving success and avoiding failures through project and program management expertise with Agile methodologies
  • Exhibiting exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, making data-driven decisions
