**THE POSITION
**_Title: _**Platform Content Specialist
RegASK is currently looking for a Platform Content Specialist to join a growing team.

**_Key responsibilities: _**
- Owns the RegAsk Content platform
- Align processes, goals, ideas, and priorities with the different stakeholders
- Work on various projects the involves the integration of RegASK Guidebooks platforms with RegAsk platform and other marketing/sales systems
- Work with the production team to ensure smooth and seamless productions
- Work with Project Managers, Product manager and other stakeholders to ensure client’s need are met
- Improve processes to deliver results with quality and according to schedule
- Placing a process for enrolling and un-enrol clients/users from accessing the content
- Assigning/enrolling clients on respective content request
- Attending meetings with the partners, clients, and technical team
- Governing content to be published and ensuring it meets all quality control checks
- Supporting in adding the content on the platform
- Identifying new opportunities for content creation
- Analysing content reach and prepare reports for senior management
- Strategizing long term content creation plans with senior management teams and other departments

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Expertise in knowledge-based software (Document 360 is preferred)
- Ability to solve problems swiftly
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced writing and editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
