**What the role is**
- You oversee and strategise the resources allocation for the DIS construction budget and land-use requirements.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you plan and prioritise the construction budget in accordance with Budgeting Framework. You also evaluate the demands and highlight the budget performance, development and issues to senior management. You work with units to understand their construction and renovation requirements to evaluate and prioritise the requirements within the budget allocated.
