- A good LLB (Honours) or JD degree from a reputable university (local or foreign)
- M&A practice with 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm
- Experience in telecommunication/technology legal expertise is preferred, but not a must
- Called to the Singapore Bar
- Strong and concise drafting skills, excellent communication abilities and commercial savviness are pre-requisites
- Motivated and self-driven
- Ability to think 'out of the box', both independently as well as part of a team
