Roles & Responsibilities

FAM@FSC (Lakeside Family Services – Jurong East) aims to achieve healthy family functioning as well as establish stability and self-reliance among families and children. We support individuals, couples and families who are facing distress and conflicts due to family-related issues through counselling services, and we conduct divorce support services for those impacted by divorce issues.

To fulfil our Christian responsibility to the society by caring for the community.

Responsibilities:

- Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce

- Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce

- Support practice research and evaluation efforts

- Conduct clinical and administrative supervision

- ⁠Assess supervisees' training needs and enhance their professional growth

- Support in implementation of FAM@FSC's practice standards and processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields

- Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children

- Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage
