Job description
Provide regional support and PR guidance to the regional teams on brand management, crisis management, reviewing press materials, on-ground support, etc.
Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image
Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles, briefing documents, and other press materials
Planning and developing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
Identify key messages and leverage a variety of media channels to maximize the company’s brand exposure through interviews, editorials, etc.
Craft messages and talking points for senior management
Organizing events including press conferences, regional conferences, and press tours
Manage media inquiries and interview requests and pitch stories to the media
Identify regional PR/media opportunities (e.g. organize media roundtable with regional media)
Share relevant news announcements and article write-ups across the organization and distribution of the monthly newsletter
Support crisis communications and drive issues management
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in PR or related communications experience and demonstrate a good understanding of PR practice in B2C and B2B area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Understanding of Singapore and APAC Media Landscape
Excellent self-presentation, energetic, strong work ethic as well as accountability as a team player and member
Fast learner with a good learning attitude
Pro-active and takes initiative
Handling difficult situations and advising people within the organization
Complete ownership of tasks assigned and with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relevant digital experience
Motivated and a good work attitude
