**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic financial leadership, working closely with the executive team to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective financial controls.
- Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, engaging with investors, financial institutions, and potential partners to secure investments.
- Play a key role in M&A activities, including conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring successful integration post-transaction.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, including regulatory compliance and market volatility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, systems, and procedures.
- Provide strategic guidance on potential IPO readiness, including financial reporting, compliance, and investor relations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes within the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is highly desirable.
- Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in the Fintech or Wealthtech sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in successful M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and/or leading IPO processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the Fintech and Wealthtech industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to corporate governance best practices.
