**Assistant Office Manager
You will be part of the Finance, HR and Administrative Team, with the following responsibility:

- Overseeing office daily supporting operation, HR and Finance related matters to the Director.
- Support to project team from daily clerical & administrative duties.
- Basic HR spectrum.
- Simple Accounting duties.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of related Assistant Office Manager/Office Administrator experience.
- Prior experience working in the Architecture / Interior design industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently
- The ability to collaborate with Team Members, clients, and suppliers.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, goggle drive, dropbox.
