**Your New Role**
Survitec has an exciting brand-new opportunity for you to come on board and join our special delivery team as a Special Project Manager. You will be based in our Senoko, Singapore site.
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** **Lead allocated projects according to accepted methodology, ensuring appropriate governance is applied.
- Document a clearly defined project scope and performance metrics; create workable project plans; identifies and secure the resources necessary for successful delivery.
- Manage project schedules and work breakdown structure; track and manage delivery metrics, providing assurance that intended outcomes are achieved; coordinate and supervise activities relating to major project implementation.
- Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of allocated projects, identify risks and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders, governance boards and identified external partners.
- Ensures effective and complete project documentation; agree the monitoring and reporting heartbeat for each project and deliver accurate and timely updates on project progress to relevant governance board(s).
- Manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders, governance boards and identified external partners.
- Support production of commercial proposals, bids and quotes, including selection of suitable sub-contractors, equipment suppliers and equipment.
- Assists in the on-boarding of new sub-contractors

**The Experience and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**
- 3 + years of managerial experience, directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results
- Educated to University degree level
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances
