As an Implementation Specialist, your role would be to satisfy clients and ensure product quality, through logístical means.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical installation and training sessions.
- Support and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
- Ensuring product quality: You'll need to ensure that products are of high quality, meet customer expectations.
- Managing logistics: You'll be responsible for managing the delivery of goods to customers and ensuring that logistics operations run smoothly.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction: You'll need to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company. This may involve monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
- Coordinating with other departments: You'll need to work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together effectively.
- Merchant operation support weekend inclusive.
- Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate.

Job Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in any fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in projects and operations is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and excellent customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet service levels agreement.

**Salary**: $1,932.48 - $5,559.28 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
