**About the team**

The mandate of Global L&D and Digital HR is to develop and execute a global learning strategy in partnership with both global and member firm leadership that builds the capabilities needed to achieve KPMG's business strategies and priority annual business goals. Our Global Strategic Plans require a consistent, KPMG-wide approach to building the skills and competences needed to transform our business and achieve our goals of Growth and Trust. Global L&D and Digital HR will work closely with the business to identify, design/curate/develop, coordinate and deliver high quality, efficient and effective learning and performance support solutions directly aligned to KPMG's needs and requirements.

Global L&D and Digital HR is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the L&D strategies for:

- Global Audit, Global Tax and Global Advisory
- Global strategic cross functional opportunities

We will do this by working with the business as performance consultants bringing together member firms to identify and design programs critical to support our global strategy in the most effective and cost-efficient manner. The audience for the performance and learning solutions provided by Global L&D and Digital HR is very diverse and encompasses all employees of KPMG globally - partners, professionals and support staff.

**Solutions include performance and knowledge management support, formal training (both digital and in-classroom), learning on the job opportunities and learning through collaboration with others. Program execution and design will take place where it is most logical to occur and can include uplifting member firm solutions and co-creation with direct member firm involvement. **This also includes identifying and implementing new and innovative approaches to learning, such as a leveraging new and exciting digital learning solutions and appropriate learning and collaboration technology platforms with support from Information Technology Services.**

**Role summary**

The ASPAC LTE Deployment Coordinator support role reports to the Learning Deployment Lead and is responsible for being the liaison between the ASPAC member firms and Global people (Global L&D & Digital HR), leading and supporting administration and coordination activities for implementation and deployment related to the Learning Technology Ecosystem (LTE). This includes but not limited to being the single point of contact (SPOC) for all ASPAC member firms relative to LTE communication, event management logistics for instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual classroom (VC) (Train the Trainers and other deployment/information sessions with member firms

This role is responsible for supporting the education and change management efforts for the LTE for the ASPAC region with support from Global People, as required. This role also collaborates with the various Global People leads for GLMS, Kaltura, Degreed and other content providers (i.e. Pluralsight, Linkedin learning, Credly, etc.) on communications and support with and between ASPAC member firms seeking specific guidance. This role also aligns with the Global L&D content coordinator to manage the distribution of content and the maintenance of the content catalogue.

The ASPAC LTE Deployment Coordinator support person will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on multiple activities simultaneously, all with competing priorities and tight timelines. This role will also have a secondary dual reporting to the ASPAC regional L&D lead for day-to-day matters.

**Key activities and deliverables**

**Business Planning**

Supports the global LTE product and business leads in integrating the portfolio implementation and deployment plan into the rolling short
- and mid-term plans, amending as required to align with ASPAC and member firm priorities.

Manages the implementation, deployment, adoption, education and change management of initiatives across the various hosting platforms which include (but not limited to) the following:

- GLMS
- Kaltura
- Degreed
- Content providers endorsed by global
- Opentext CMS for content downloads
- Measurement & Evaluation (MTM)
- Badging (Credly)
- Other as defined
