Digital & Operational Marketing Executive

We are searching for a creative and energetic Digital & Operational Marketing Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. This role will manage both ABL and BTL marketing requirements of Fuji Bridex. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

1. Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing activities including
2. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
3. Plan and manage our social media platforms and websites.
4. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
5. Coordinate with agencies, advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
6. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
7. Evaluate important metrics/KPIs that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
8. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
9. Oversee and manage both digital & projects including events.
10. Able to analyze digital insights and use that to improve traffic to websites
11. Develop and implement tactical marketing communications projects, including sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisements, tradeshow booths, websites, and training materials.
12. Manage marketing events, logístical & operational issues.
13. Create attractive marketing promotions for suppliers, distributors, and customers based on pricing strategy
14. Oversee marketing campaigns using ABL & BTL methods.
15. Generate post-sales marketing collaterals e.g. EDM, Brochures, Direct Mailers, etc. to maintain TOMA recall with target audience.
16. Track and Monitor efficiency of marketing campaigns and events.
**Background / Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required with strong technical knowledge for websites.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Eager and independent learner.
- Experience in Engineering organization is a plus.
