Senior Principal Scientist, a star Id Labs

Leads conceptual and technical integration of various research studies with focus on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) to provide leading edge solutions
Conceptualize and create new technologies, patents and publications
Review and manage operating budget of grants and team
Establish collaborations, develop scientific proposals and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
Manage a team and provide scientific and career mentorship to researchers and students
Job Requirements
PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology or related field as above
Possess minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Strong background in Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics and Genomics
Senior researcher/ Key Opinion Leader (KOL) with strong international clinical research networks
Highly motivated and ability to develop strong research ideas to secure grant and funding
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written communication skills
