**Logistics Coordinator**
- Interface between Buyer / Customer Service and freight forwarders/logistics service providers to execute all inbound & outbound processes.
- Work closely with Buyer and Customer Co-ordinate with forwarders for shipments booking and local deliveries.
- Work closely with Regulatory and Quality Assurance to prepare relevant shipping documents and provide required license/permits to freight forwarders. Arrange custom clearance and declare permits;
- Attend to enquiries on shipment status and freight costs.
- Monitor inventory at internal and external warehouse.
- Manage freight forwarders and other third part logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, good service and competitive prices.
- Checking and verifying freight invoices based on prices quoted and ensuring full set of documents are received for payment and audit purposes.
- Prepares monthly reports on freight and external warehouse costs, where required.
- Ensure all cargoes are sent in good condition and any damages shall be reverted to customers immediately;
**Job Requirements**
- 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain or logistics field.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in directly managing freight forwarders and other logistics service providers will be advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player.
- Ability to cope in fast pace environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am till 6pm)
