**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Programme and Social Innovation Manager with the right passion and patience to join our team in our growth journey as we seek to grow our impact on the disability community. This includes delivering innovative impact programmes to upskill the disability community, such as our flagship programme, the Talent Accelerator Programme, as well as delivering training and guidance to organisations who are embarking on the inclusion journey. The appeal of the role will allow you to make a real impact on society as you can work with DEI leaders from leading global corporations, non-profit organisations and government agencies.

The Assistant Programme and Social Innovation Manager will work directly with the Programme Management Team to lead, design, plan, support and implement innovative programmes from end to end. The role involves working very closely with multiple tripartite stakeholders. You will also be journeying with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and students with tailored assistance as they embark on their learning journey.

The role is open to those who can work in Singapore without any visa sponsorship.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the COO and Programme and Social Innovation Manager to lead and support the successful delivery of both Impact and Corporate Programme e.g., logistics, admin, communication and more.
- Creating new programmes or improving on existing programmes according to the strategic objectives of the charity
- Ensure the successful execution of programmes within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones, deadlines and intended outcomes.
- Supervising, coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and participants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (Large Corporations, NGOs, Government Institutions, and vendor participants) through professional communication.
- Manage interns and volunteers assigned to deliver the various programmes.
- Imparting skills and supporting PWDs/SEN during their learning journey.
- Participate in research projects and document key learnings and findings in the organisation's knowledge management process.
- Preparing reports and updating the Senior Management about the progress of the programme
- Assist in partners' and volunteers’ engagement.

**The Ideal Fit**
- 3-5 years of experience in Project/Programme management.
- Track record on multi-tasking
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable in engaging and working with multiple and diverse stakeholders. Previous experience working with persons with disabilities and special educational needs will be a strong plus.
- Active in community service and volunteering activities. Or experience working in the social impact and social service sector. Volunteering experience through a school event/CCA is counted.
- A motivated self-starter who can work with little supervision.
- A fast learner who can pick up trends in the future of a job and is committed to lifelong learning.
- Experience in seeking out funding and finance for the programme is a plus.
