**What are we looking for?**
In this exciting new position, you will proactively communicate with the SentinelOne Install base of customers, Partner Community, and Internal Stakeholders to ensure an on-time contract renewal. Using your sales acumen, in addition to securing the subscription renewal, you will build on-going relationships with customers to explore customer sentiment, communicate new features, reduce churn, and find opportunities to up-sell and drive further adoption across the SentinelOne Platform.
As an individual contributor to the Renewal team, you will carry a quota based on ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan territory. As part of the role you will be driving communications with the customers and channel directly with our Solutions Engineering team. We are looking for a self-starter with a contagious work ethic, someone that is organized, with fantastic verbal & written communication skills and can excel at working across teams to manage escalations with field sales, support, customer success & engineering.
**What skills and knowledge should you bring?**
- Execute the renewals process by proactively contacting customers and channel partners well before their subscription expirations
- Maximize revenue by identifying, and closing, and executing opportunities to upsell
- Provide a best in class customer experience for both customers and partners.
- Maintain an accurate forecast.
- Escalate customer issues to support, customer success or engineering for a speedy and satisfactory resolution for the customer
