- The Product Support Engineer is a key member of our Engineering Department.
- The Product Support Engineer will be part of a team that provides technical support for our company's range of **cybersecurity **related products and services.
- The Product Support Engineer's role will include, but not limited to, solution design, architecting, configuration, demonstration, implementation, technical support and troubleshooting of our range of products and services.
- The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for the successful completion of projects and technical escalations to solve our Customer's cybersecurity problems.
