Our Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for the warehouse management and inventory control, which includes:

- In charge of physical inventories, stocks and warehouse storage
- Issuance of component, stocks and tools, including replenish stocks at refill station
- Receiving of stocks and containers
- Handling inter-company stock transfer, which involves consolidating stock transfer slip and recording them in system
- Arranging for rework and repacking
- Raising requisition for monthly refill station, non-standard item or any adhoc request
- Maintaining the accurate records in excel database and physical stocks
- Conducting inventory stock counts
- Ensuring all goods are stored properly and adhere to organisational standards

**What will the Right Person look like?**
- You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- You are able to commit to work on Saturdays once every month.
- You possess strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can respond to short notices in a dynamic environment.
- You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
