Due to high customer flow, we are adding manpower, for full-time receptionist position.

**Description**:

- Handle walk in and phone call reservations
- Ensure guest information updated accurately in system
- Respond to guest alerts efficiently
- Cashiering duties
- Arrangement of therapist jobs
- Provide professional recommendations on treatments
- Promote membership package to clients
- Conduct spa tours for new clients if necessary
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirement**:

- Good customer service and communication skills
- Teamwork
- Bilingual in English & Chinese
- Willing to work shift hour from 12pm-9pm/2pm-11pm
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holiday
