Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
- Manage reservations and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries courteously and provide accurate information about our services and facilities
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist in administrative tasks as assigned
- Maximize and Increase Spa capture rate
- Prepare gift certificates and make pre-payment arrangements
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa reception
- Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with Spa accounting procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Applicants should project a professional, healthy, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
