**Job Description**:

- Support agency in existing or new project initiative implementation in GCC.
- Work on and support standard/non-standard servers related requests from Agency.
- Perform configuration changes to system where scope is not covered under BAU server management.
- Work and liaise with team members and BAU operations team in project or operations matter where required.
- Raise service request to BAU Operations Team for in-scope system related tasks.
- To support Audit and security compliance activities.
- Work with BAU team, System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DBA to support and maintain agency GCC environment.
- To support Trend Micro CloudOne Workload and Endpoint Security / AMHIPS as part of Agency Anti-Virus/ Anti-Malware system.
- To support and maintain ABLR Heavy Forwarder (CTS Services) as part of Agency Audit Logging requirement.
- To support and maintain Central Account Management (CAM) servers (CTS Services) as part of Agency Audit requirement.
- To support Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Microsoft.Net Administration
- Microsoft SharePoint Administration
- Third Party Software Administration
- Application setup & configuration
- Application deployments (estimated 3 to 5 deployments per week).
- Ad-hoc security patching.
- Work and liaise with team members and BAU operations team in project or operations matter where required.
- To support Disaster Recovery exercises.
- To support Audit and security compliance activities

MANDATORY SKILLS : Wintel

SUPPORTING SKILLS: AWS, Redhat Linux (On Cloud)
