- Work closely with the management to plan and execute visual-based communications and operations to support sales and marketing functions
- Assist with client-centric marketing campaigns and revenue-generating programmes
- Provide Executive Assistance support to two Managing Partners
- Act as a first point of contact pertaining to scheduling of the Managing Partners, including managing calendars, organising meetings and setting appointments
- Book and arranging travel, transportation and accommodation (if any)
- Maintain a contact database, website builder and CRM tools
- Conduct or prepare any research that the Managing Partners may require
- Contribute to building Singapore's thriving and connected innovation ecosystem
