- 1.1 Conduct calls to remind companies for payment for their overdue accounts and follow-ups on payment
- 1.2 Validate companies data such as address via ACRA, company website and /or other reliable sources and confirmed by call
- 1.3 Update GS1 Singapore staff on the company’s related data such as change of address/contact person, etc.
- 1.4 Prepare reminder letters (1st, 2nd, 3rd), and mail to companies with outstanding SOA/ Invoices- 1.6 Conduct site visits with GS1 Singapore staff to members companies (as per required)
