**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the work related to the company's private domain, familiar with the marketing methods of various social platforms, able to attract new target users through fission activities and channel promotion;
- Familiar with user needs and wants, keep abreast of latest consumer market trend, plan activities regularly, stimulate user participation and enhance community influence
- Constantly improve user portraits in the community to achieve user retention and participation, including new user conversion and concurrent participants;
- Responsible for the daily management of the operation team, and establish efficient internal and external processes and management mechanisms;
- Track operation results, collect and analyze user habits and feedback suggestions, formulate user operation strategies and product demands, build a pool of stable and loyal users, and achieve key operational indicators;
- Lead the team to organize and summarize operation experience regularly, promote the optimization of content and products, constantly innovate new ways of engagement for the community, and timely adjust and improve products and operation schemes.

Basic Requirements:

- Familiar with mainstream social platform such as (WhatsApp, Telegram), 2-5 years of private domain operation experience, experience in e-commerce is preferred;
- Experience in operations and management, practical operation experience in social division, unique personal cognition, strong ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, able to work with the team to achieve transformation goals
- Sensitive to transformation data, familiar with community activity planning, design effective incentive means, and improve the retention rate of initial group entry;
- Strong ability of copywriting, data analysis and keen ability of event planning and execution, and guiding users to participate in interaction;
- Active thinking, good at interacting with users, keen insight, good communication skills and efficient execution ability.
