Group Financial Controller

**The Company**
Our client, publicly-listed on SGX with a market capitalisation of over SGD 1 billion, is the key leader in tech manufacturing industry and serves global clients in high-tech space.
**The Role**
Reporting to Group CFO, you shall drive the group reporting, budgeting, forecasting process and ensure the statutory reporting standards and SGX compliance are met.
You shall lead a sizeable team in finance to consolidate the manufacturing facilities and entities in the region for financial and management review. Making sure annual audit and tax filings are completed within the timelines and assisted the CFO in M&A projects and overseeing the corporate governance, harmonizing the businesses, accounting and reporting processes.
**Your Profile**
You shall be a degree holder with around 20 to 25 years of total work experiences (prior audit experiences are included) and ideally has exposure with SGX-listed companies with market capitalisation of similar size in the financial controllership function. Proven strong finance business partnering and leadership skills are essential to be successful in this position.
