Family Office

This person works closely with the other family assistants responsible for the smooth running of the residences and for servicing the family including managing all the household staffs, record-keeping, procuring supplies as well as maintaining a friendly contact with the family and fulfilling their requirements and specifications in an orderly and timely manner.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Supervise and manage the household staff including drivers, chef, housekeepers;
- Manage the children’s all school related matters and monitor their progress/development accordingly;
- Organise and oversee the maintenance of the property;
- Responsible for all household inventory;
- Plan and organise private events;
- Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements;
- Regularly organize children's school supplies;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in any discipline;
- Have a valid driving licence is preferred;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Experience as a similar role or guest relations roles preferred;
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Able to delegate activities and manage others;
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality;
- Meticulous and attention to detail;
- 6 days work week;
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays;
- Only Singaporeans

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
