Roles & Responsibilities

**Corporate Legal Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide legal advice and **ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks for the group of companies**;
- Handle corporate and legal matters with an emphasis on legal matters, and responsible for the management of legal administration.
- Develop the Group’s legal and compliance framework through risk management and legal implications;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of any contracts and agreements
- To perform legal research and to keep abreast of applicable laws relating to the Group of companies’ operations and advice on the impact of such changes on operations and business directions.

**Requirements**:

- Law degree and qualified to practice Singapore Law with 3-5 year PQE experiences; preferably with ICSA qualification as well.
- Broad spectrum of experience in commercial agreements and transactions.
- Experience and deep **knowledge in blockchain compliance, crypto regulations.**
- Able to provide relevant stakeholders with accurate and timely legal advice and information.
- With relevant experience in SGX-listed companies and as in-house counsel.
- Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess well-developed skills in negotiations.
- Strong business acumen and able to partner business unites to achieve desired results.
