Provide oversight and support for site safety cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to maintain and enhance Process Safety Management (PSM) systems in accordance with Singapore’s MHI regulations.
- Conduct and facilitate major hazard risk assessments (e.g., QRA, HAZOP, LOPA) and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage the ongoing Safety Case process, including regular updates and ensuring alignment with required safety standards.
- Monitor site performance against Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) targets, driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate sustainability reporting, handling data analysis, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Administer SHE-related electronic systems and manage documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on Safety, Health, and Environmental studies.Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing and implementing SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) programs, with 8 years’ experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, or relevant experience in process safety management.
