We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Logistics Assistant**to support both logistics and administrative functions, with a focus on handling **local and international shipments**, including **Letter of Credit (LC)**documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle logistics and administrative coordination for both local and international shipments.
- Purchase goods from local and overseas suppliers.
- Prepare and process shipping documents for import and export, including LC documentation.
- Prepare logistics and operational reports.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with the warehouse to ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Manage data and perform basic analysis on sales and costs.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and updating schedules.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in logistics coordination, procurement, or warehousing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping documentation, especially Letters of Credit.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
