Healthy, Safety and Environment are hygiene items that have become ever more critical at the scale of operations that Ninja Van is operating at. The
- **Regional Health, Safety and Environment Senior Associate (Fleet)** will be responsible for developing organizational safety programs across the region within the Fleet team.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Fleet Health, Safety and Environment Processes/ Programs**:

- Execute and manage annual regional HSE plans/ programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and the HSE needs of the stakeholders and continuously monitor each planned activity until its completion
- Promotes safety consciousness among employees by providing accurate and informative data, conducting safety meetings, giving timely feedback, on safety suggestions and supporting the safety program(s) within the Fleet team
- Lead initiatives to ensure workplace conditions that affect the health and safety of employees are corrected or mitigated with control procedures
- Overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental programs with the Fleet team to maintain full compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
Health, Safety and Environment Performance**:

- Monitor the region’s country fleet HSE performance for trends or other indicators of performance, develop and implement strategic solutions as part of a timely intervention that will improve the performance results as required
- Perform self-assessments, audits, and inspections across the region to ensure conformance to Regional HSE guidance and management system; communicates all findings, concerns, and deficiencies to the responsible stakeholders to effect timely and necessary corrections.
- Generate monthly & quarterly HSE reports for submission to Regional HSE for investors’ reporting
- Set up dashboard for a collective overview of the HSE performance across the region.
Health, Safety and Environment Awareness**:

- Plan, develop and manage Country Fleet HSE training matrix and competence assurance standard requirements for projects and operations and to fulfill local regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement Fleet HSE Training module across the region; to partner with HR L&D for the necessary rollout
- Generate/ Issuance of HSE bulletin/ information at local level to increase awareness/ knowledge on the relevant HSE incidents and/or new industrial practices

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in Fleet management, implementing and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science or Logistics will be preferred
- Knowledge in HSE implementation - procedures/ processes/ programs and initiatives
- Experience as Regional HSE Executive or similar position
- Sound knowledge of Regional HSE regulatory requirements and procedures
- Solid understanding of trends and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to get buy-in from stakeholders for implementation
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken
