Regional EHS Leadership Role

Job Title: Regional EHS, Senior Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage all environmental health and safety (EHS) related matters across the South East Asia region including Australia.

As a seasoned EHS professional, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an EHS roadmap and action plan to drive performance metrics and goals.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local EHS statutory requirements, company safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement EHS performance metrics and best practices for safe work procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and EHS training to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and determine corrective or preventive measures to minimize reoccurrence rates.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in EHS roles, with knowledge of EHS rules and regulations across SEA region including Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • Related EHS certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and experience in conducting EHS training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with management system administration and be familiar with various safety or quality certification programs such as ISO standards and safety and health management systems.
