We’re now on the lookout for a **Sales Executive**, well-versed in the intricacies of the real estate realm. This role entails driving leasing strategies, managing relationships with prospects, and ensure alignment with the company's property management requirements. We're seeking an enterprising mind, a master communicator, and a real estate expert.

**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Contract

**Reports To**: General Manager

**Expected Salary**: S$3200-4500 Monthly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding promptly to daily enquiries on our website and various online channels
- Holding property showings for prospective members across our portfolio of Boutique Homes
- Building great long-term relationships with members and developing a loyal member-base
- Providing Management with on-the-ground updates and feedback from showings
- Working collaboratively with an offshore leasing team

**Requirements**:

- At least one weekend day worked per week but will not exceed 40 hours/week.
- Responsiveness within 3-4 hours, even during off-duty times, to address urgent issues and ensure successful sales conversions.
- Excellent written English is a must for responding to daily inquiries.
- Strong communication skills to serve our target market.
- Great problem-solving attitude when handling tenant requests and strong initiative.
- Ability to work, execute, and delegate efficiently.
- **Experience in both B2B and B2C real estate sales** is highly preferred.
- Background in the arts or the humanities is a plus.
- Creative backgrounds preferred (the less cookie-cutter, the better).
- Passion and understanding for what Figment does in placemaking.
