To assist in day to day operational matters at Clubhouse branches
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, manintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring efficient operation of the bar counter
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries of beverages and bar supplies as well as monitor inventory levels
- To assist in coordinating details of events, such as Union Functions & Corporate Events etc
- To ensure that the Events are well organized and the demand from the clients/unions are met
- To build and maintain good working relationship with external partners, and leverage these relationships to deliver memorable events
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O level
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and administrative skills
- A good team player
- Able to travel to different clubhouse branches when required
- Must be able to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays
