As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead our operations and contribute to our strategic direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all business operations including legal, compliance, accounting, IT, and administrative functions
- Oversee all operational aspects of the hedge fund, including trade lifecycle management, cash and position reconciliations, corporate actions processing, and managing operational risk.
- Work closely with trading team to support trading activities across various asset classes like equities, fixed income, futures, options, FX and interest rate swaps.
- Ensure operational processes and controls are robust, scalable, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with prime brokers, administrators, and other third-party service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work with fund fund administrator on NAV calculation process and other items.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and inefficiencies in a timely manner.
- Manage operational due diligence requests from investors and consultants.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors of the fund.

**Requirements**:

- Critical to be well versed with using Enfusion as a portfolio management system
- Minimum of 10 years of operations related experience in hedge fund/investment management. Experience in a macro hedge fund is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle management across various asset classes.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, controls, and best practices in the hedge fund industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with trading, technology, and other support teams.
- Experience with implementing operational systems and technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math.
