
Leadership & Talent Development Advisor

This role is responsible for providing strategic advisory to senior management on the identification and development of future leaders, functional/market talent strategy and bringing expertise and best practices on talent analytics, talent review and succession planning. This role will have opportunities to lead high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the talent management strategy for the AMEA region.
- Lead and drive talent reviews, succession planning and talent development for the region to build a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Lead region-wide and / or functional review of workforce / talent needs, conduct talent gap analysis to determine the "build, buy, borrow” approach for a future-proof talent strategy
- Provide advisory support to leaders to equip them to engage talent with meaningful career development discussions to arrive at targeted development plans to accelerate their growth
- Bring the latest and evolving leadership trends and talent development practices and adapt them into effective strategies for the FedEx context
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to implement talent strategy and talent management processes, tools and practices with business leaders in each market / function
- Build and skillfully leverage talent analytics to offer insights and visibility to leaders on talent profiles, demographics and development progress to identify opportunities for talent development and to build a diverse talent pool
- Work with global talent teams on projects and best practice sharing
